After years of working in some of Miami’s best kitchens, Michelle Bernstein decided she wanted to open a restaurant of her own. In 2008, she and her husband David opened Michy’s, where she puts her own spin on traditional comfort food. Some dishes are given a Latin twist, like a snapper Francese that Bernstein pairs with a mojo beurre blanc.
