Atlanta has always been a tough town for fine dining establishments. But Anne Quatrano has always been s a fan of the experience, and each Saturday night she sends the talented David A. Carson downstairs to the Quinones Room, where he serves an eight-course tasting menu to 45 lucky diners. With many of the ingredients raised on Quatrano's farm, Carson crafts dishes like a terrine of foie gras served with Fuyu persimmons and spiced cocoa nibs or a duo of veal, crispy sweetbreads and braised cheek with truffled cabbage and Jerusalem artichoke. Reviewers described the cooking as filled with “light dishes that are full of natural flavor”, and the "very romantic dining room" makes this "the best place in Atlanta to celebrate a special occasion."
