Replete with dark wood paneling and rivaling venues like Buckingham Palace in terms of the number of silver serving pieces that are on display, Lydia Shire has been entrusted to update longtime house classics like rum-and-tobacco-smoked salmon, Lobster Savannah, JFK lobster stew, seasonal seafood, including soft-shell crabs and Nantucket Bay scallops, wiener schnitzel a la Holstein and the rarely seen dessert Indian pudding.
