Having created the New York City tapas craze during their days at Tia Pol, Alex Raij and husband Eder Montero carry on at this venue, serving "the most authentic version of Basque cuisine in the country." Those looking for something more substantial than tapas can call in advance, and Alex and Eder will be happy to prepare a full meal, of the type that a typical Basque family might enjoy for Sunday dinner.
