Colby and Megan Garrelt's restaurant in Westport is Kansas City's best example of the type of contemporary urban dining that is typical of New York and Los Angeles. Offering "finesse without the fussy," Colby Garrelt's cuisine relies on careful pairing of ingredients, like Wagyu beef tartare with a chimuchurri cloud, creamy potatoes and a crispy salad and Campo Lindo hen served piccata style with capers, lemon, greens and roasted garlic gnocchi.
