When this restaurant opened in 2001, it was one of the first to stake a claim to the term farm-to-table. Nick Miller joined a year later, was promoted to executive chef in 2006, and purchased the restaurant in 2010. With a menu featuring such dishes as Troutdale Farm rainbow trout with mushroom, leek, sausage and hibiscus beurre blanc and Jones’ Heritage Farm lamb loin chops with gnocchi, porcetta, broccoli rabe and Gorganzola fondue, it’s no wonder reviewers offer comments like “the true definition of local fare” and “the restaurant remains true to its roots despite the change in ownership.” For those who are trying to watch their weight while still enjoying a good meal, Miller offers a special Wellness Spa Menu. |
