While most U.S. cities have a least one Greek restaurant, it's surprisingly difficult to find one that serves farm-to-table cuisine. But in a state where the concept of local and sustainable is a way of life, this restaurant, located in the heart of the city's arts district, has adopted that format. All of the staples are on hand, beginning with "mouth-watering salads" and followed by classics like moussaka and local fish roasted over herbs. Given the generally low standard of Greek cooking in the U.S., "the delicious and authentic food" here is a breath of fresh air.
