Restaurants with "interesting food at won't-break-the-bank prices," served in a "fun environment with a downtown vibe" always attract a huge following. Calling Isaac Becker's menu "eclectic" would be an understatement: It's jam-packed with quirky dishes like burrata with poached Maine lobster, tagliatelle with foie gras meatballs and ahi tuna with a peanut Bolognese and shell peas.
