The secret of its success, our reviewers say, is "better quality meat" that is "perfectly aged and charred" and sides that are even "more plentiful" than the ones offered by the competition. The Midtown East location makes for a convenient alternative to The Palm when you happen to be in a porterhouse rather than a New York strip state of mind.
