There is only one reason anyone goes to this restaurant: oysters topped with minced garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese and ground pepper and placed on a hot grill. While the bivalves cook from underneath, the other ingredients melt until the oysters are coated with a "cheesy, garlicky, salty bit of heaven." They also serve a full seafood menu, but "nothing else is worth eating," save for a "fried soft-shell crab the size of a soccer ball" and the bread, which "you can dip into the cheesy butter" after you slurp down the oysters.
