This Rittenhouse Square steakhouse from restaurateur Stephen Starr allows diners to choose the weapon of their choice (that is, a steak knife from an assortment presented at your table) along with the beef it'll cut, including a host of Kobe steaks like the Tajima Kobe, described as "the best steak around." There are "fresh" East Coast oysters, a "solid beef tartare" and "revelatory Kobe sliders." The usual steakhouse sides are on hand, and the setting is a "bit more upscale" than your usual big city cow palace. |
