After revolutionizing contemporary dining at his Momofuku Noodle Bar, David Chang took things to an even higher level at this restaurant, described by one of our reviewers as "the beginning of a new paradigm in dining." Oysters with Kimchi sauce, hamachi with horseradish edamame and an assortment of hams with red-eye gravy: These are but some of the tasty and original dishes Chang offers at Noodle Bar. But his show stopper is the Bo Ssäm, a marinated pork shoulder slow-cooked for eight hours that can feed at least 10 people (one reviewer described it as "possibly the greatest casual restaurant dish of all time"). The environment is loud and fun, and we could easily fill a few pages with comments that rave about the food.
