The best known of the big-three dim sum specialists in the metro area claims to offer 100 different types of small plates, including dumplings filled with lobster, broccoli and tobiko or - in the case of the Goldfish Dumpling - crunchy shrimp, bamboo-shoot tips and cilantro in a translucent wrapper. But the house specialties are the cooked dishes: shrimp wrapped in bacon or a crab claw that's encased in a seafood mousse before hitting the deep fryer. The single most popular dish might be the tinfoil chicken - thighs doused in a delicious barbecue sauce, then wrapped in foil and roasted.
