This is where David Chang revolutionized the contemporary dining experience. Using the same artisanal ingredients found at the city's best restaurants as a starting point, Chang created a blend of Korean, Southern and market American cuisine, that was described as, "as inspirational as it is delicious." Dishes range from smaller plates like grilled octopus with scallion kimchi, salsify and cara cara orange, pork and shiitake mushroom steamed buns that are topped with hoisin, scallion and cucumber, the classic Momo - ramen soup laden with Berkshire pork and finished with a shower of chopped market vegetables. Large parties can opt for the house special fried chicken – two whole chickens, one cooked southern style and one korean style, served with pancakes, bibb lettuce, sauces and an assortment of seasonal vegetables.
