While the New York original has historically been a clubhouse for people in industries like advertising and insurance, the Beverly Hills branch is "deal central" - the clientele is heavy with talent agents, record company executives and other assorted L.A. types. The food is the same as back East - steaks, gigantic lobsters and a few Italian specialties. However, unlike the New York mother ship (whose interior is divided into a series of little rooms), the L.A. location is all one room, allowing you a full view of the deal-making in action.
