You still have to wear a jacket and tie to dinner at this "throwback to the steakhouses of the '40s and '50s." Besides the "hefty cuts of prime rib," there are strips, rib eyes, filet mignons and an assortment of other steaks and chops, all of a quality that's considerably higher than the national steak chains. To be honest, we can't remember the last time we had to get dressed up to have dinner at a steakhouse, but then again, we can't remember the last time a restaurant listed broccoli florets on its menu, either. Things are more casual at lunch, when you can eat sans cravate, though "Wearing a jacket is still de rigueur."
