The menu at Bistro Jeanty includes every classic bistro dish you can think of, including sole meunière, quenelles de brochet in lobster sauce (rarely seen these days), coq au vin and tarte Tatin. The wine list is short, but true to the low-key ostentation the Wine Country is known for, you can still quaff a bottle of Screaming Eagle for $2,100 if you're in that kind of a mood.
