"Our favorite restaurant in Chicago - I've lost track of the number of times we visited" and "Over the years my appreciation of it has grown" are among the kudos collected by this popular place in Logan Square. The eclectic menu offers dishes like house-made lardo with chilled octopus confit; melon with sumac and basil; and pork spare ribs with escargot, romesco, pine nuts and mint. Even breakfast was praised for its "excellent ingredients and preparations." It's a bit far from downtown, but convenient as a neighborhood restaurant or when visiting the Logan Theatre. |
