RESTAURANT REVIEW
In a city where formality is rare, Scott Boswell's French Quarter restaurant offers what many say is the most refined dining experience in New Orleans. Boswell’s menu is described as "a product of, but not limited to, the local cuisine," offering dishes like Gulf shrimp and andouille risotto served with melted Brie and mushrooms, as well as Lobster, Egg and Caviar – Canadian lobster, North Shore farm egg and paddlefish caviar. Despite the lack of regional authenticity (typically important in a place like New Orleans), fans love the "eclectic mix of global tastes and techniques." Set on a quiet street in the residential section of the French Quarter, the unusual menu, and excellent service means this “jewel box of a restaurant” offers “the most romantic dining experience in town.”
