San Francisco seems to be able to absorb an endless number of pizza and pasta specialists. But despite the fact that Flour + Water is just one of many, reviewers are more than happy to devote an evening here, eating pizzas like the Osso - bone marrow, rapini, fontina and horseradish - as well as pastas like Aleppo pepper maltagliati with rabbit sausage and mustard greens. The "place is a madhouse," and while it's a tough reservation to come by, they have a "cute community table and a bar." |
