Imagine an osteria in Italy where the cuisine focuses on regional fare. Now imagine they use ingredients grown in Georgia. That's what you will find at this "excellent neighborhood restaurant," where Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison's "varied menu" (now executed by Chris Martin and Matthew Adolfi) includes a salad of grilled Georgia peaches, Italian goat cheese and Marcona almonds, as well as local quail marinated in cherries before grilling. Located on the other side of town from most of the city's top restaurants, the dining room is full of Decatur families and professors from nearby Emory University enjoying "a deliciously casual night out." |
