It would be a shame if the cooking of elBulli – 25 years of recipes – were to be lost to the public forever. By opening 41 Degrees Experience, Albert Adrià has prevented that from happening, keeping the spirit and philosophy that the restaurant stood for alive in the process. Via the 41 courses that are served during the course of the evening, Adrià takes you on a culinary journey that includes a number of dishes that were popular at elBulli – such as the faux olives and air bread wrapped in ham – to molecularized versions of dishes based in Thai, Mexican and South American cooking.
