Mark Liberman’s restaurant seems to have touched a chord in some of our reviewers, attracting comments like “one of the best restaurants in the city” and “great seasonally influenced tasting menu in a modern space.” Liberman does not shy away from interesting combinations and preparations like snails with chicken, nettles and toasted wheat; beets and pork with dirty rice and orange are typical of the dishes that come from his kitchen. “Fabulously creative cocktails” add an element to this experience, which was described as “comfort food with modern, Scandinavian accents.”
