You will find a long line of people waiting for a table at what some would argue is "the best lunch spot in Santa Fe." What they're after are hamburgers that weigh in at a whopping 10 ounces and that are often topped with Jack cheese and green chiles. There are a handful of other items - grilled cheese, chicken or ham sandwiches - but the reason everyone is willing to "drive out to the middle of nowhere" (technically, five miles out of town) is the "big and juicy" hamburgers.
