Since 1903, the Santarpio family has been entertaining diners at this old-school Italian bar and grill located within a stone's throw from the Sumner Tunnel. The main attraction is the thin-crust pizza, but there is also is a short menu of Italian-style barbecued meats, like sausage and lamb. The place is always packed - it isn't unusual to wait an hour for a table - with a combination of locals, college kids and those who are simply in the mood for a pie in a cool environment.
